attn: janet according to steve per phone conversation i have to ask to cancel the 58.61 amount for the internet use that was debited from my account on january 27, 2009 without my authorization. i did not order any use and thought the only charge was the 2.95 shipping and handling charge. i did not use the internet for anything on that web site and without the understanding that it was free for 10 days and then the 58.61 charge was debited. i see this is happening elsewhere to other people and i am demanding the refund of 58.61 because of no authorization, and no internet use and also you could not escape unless you agreed to the terms and everything else. please i will be expecting the refund within a week since that was all it took for you to charge me. thank you. sandy patton 1.31.09 also steve gave me a confirmation #158023
