In Gwinnett County Ga a new law has been enacted that mandates that property owners have garbage service and mandates the company that picks up. Yesterday, Sanitation Solutions, Inc only picked up one of our two cans. They left a note saying that they only pick up one can and left the other full of garbage. Since the government mandates what company that we use, giving us no choice or freedom in the manner, they do not care about their customers. We cannot even opt out! We called and they said sorry but did not offer to resolve it. Very poor customer service!!
