Purchased 29'' color TV ( Model - CTV TM 29 EYE - Serial No. 1140501383) on 15/7/2004 at SPS TV PALACE -Thiruvallur -602001.Now I have shifted my residence to Hosur and since 20/8/2007 TV is not working and service engineer of Hosur told me to bring TV to the service center at Hosur.When I took the TV to service center he told picture tube has failed and it will be replaced within 10 days (picture tube has to come from head office -Coimbatore) because it is within warranty period.

But till date I have not got the TV back and after contacting for several times I was told that there is no stock of picture tube anywhere and no decision has been taken for the next alternate.
