'm staying at Surat for 8/10 days in a month for my business purpose and the above TV was purchased for gen entertainment during my stey at Surat. First thing The dealer is not atall reliable not attending my complaints. Now my TV is absolutly kept off because the complaint was lodged as the picture was not seen (The blue lines are coming-No picture)
The report of the Technician was given by me is to replace my TV.
Pleas take necessary action and reply on my mailID immidiatly.
