Sansum Clinic sent me a statement recently with an unidentified "balance" of $321.00. When I called to inquire what this was for, I was told that they had "Audited" customer accounts and that these charges were made of some "unbilled items from the year 2006" !! I asked specifically what the charges were for and got no response. When I called another representative she said there was a mistake, and that I had always paid my bills and that she would fix it. But when the next month arrived I got another bill!! This just wont go away and I'm afraid its doing permanent damage to my credit! They cannot even tell me what they are billing for!!
