I frequent Santana Row all the time and love to shop and eat at all their great restaurants. After a long day I will often go sit in a chair under a big oak tree to enjoy music.

Today I sat down to listen to a very nice musician play. There were lots of people enjoying the music when three men sat down on a couch and lit up cigars, without any regard to how others around them felt about the smoke. Three cigars lit at the same time puts off a lot of smoke as you can imagine. Well, I sat and watched how people were frowning in discussed and watched them leave. Even the musician I believe didn't like it.

I just feel that there should be a rule at Santana Row that cigar smokers refrain from smoking in public places even though it is outdoors, is very intrusive to the public.
