i james p spelman, have been calling the santander finace co for 2 wks now to get a payoff on my truck that was originally financed through drive financial. my tuck was payed off through my mortgage company in 2007, drive financial gave my mortgage co a payoof minus 1 payment there for i never recieved my title for my truck, i finally track down new finance co who is santander, i owe 1 pymt of 519.00 and they are trying to make me pay 1365.24, i have been calling santander for 2wks now to see if we can make arrangment for a lower amout so i can get my title to save my home from forclosure, no one will return my calls, ive talked to numerous front end mgrs, to no avail. i was told that vice prsident of santander troy miller would call me back last friday 6/18 again no phone call, everytime i call im treated so rudley like im behind in my payments when my only pymt isnt due until 2012, im tired of calling this unprofessional co. w/ no results, all i want is to speak to some one w/more athority than an acct mgr, i need my title for my truck and was willing to meet them halfway. but mr troy miller vp, will not return my calls!!!
