I purchased what I thought was the software. It never downloaded but was charged to my paypal account.

I went into AVG download for security protection to my computor and when asked how to pay, chose paypal. Immediately I logged into paypal it went to Saphie Number One Ltd and I thought it was the AVG payment so clicked on 'pay' and that was when I realised it was not a payment to AVG but to this Saphie Number One Ltd.
I am now trying to get my money refunded.
