I went to the saphora store yesterday on the 10th. I was hoping to get a new eye liner with someone's help. No one there come to ask if I needed help. So I went to this saleswoman and asked her to give me some suggestions. She looked at me impatiently and just showed me a product. Because of the fact that i am a student who is just starting to learn makeup, I asked her to help me put on this eyes liner on me. And then I knew she was being a bitch! She was like doing scratch on my eyes and she put so many those liquid eye liner on me and that irritated my eyes. I am wondering if she has got training on customer service and if she was seriously like working at a Beauty store. She is ruining saphora's reputation by being such unwilling to work with people and having such a bad attutide. I definitely will not recommend any of my friends to go again to spend money and receive such insult!‏
