I am a widowed father of 3. Tri-county propane was taken over by saratoga propane. I requested a delivery of propane 3 weeks ago. No one has shown up to make a delivery. when i called to ask for a c.o.d delivery, they told me i had to take a delivery of 100 gallons minimum. My tank only holds 100 gallons. When i told them that I only have a 100 gallon tank they put me on hold for 3 minutes and said they will deliver a minimum of 55 gallons. I agreed and I am still waiting. I have no hot water or cooking because my hot water tank and stove is propane. Saratoga threatens me with letters of all kinds of minimums for deliveries and all these extra charges that I have to pay if they make a delivery. I can't switch companies because my credit is bad because my wife died from ALS and i had to go to the edge of financial ruin to keep her comfortable in her last days. I am stuck and saratoga won't make a delivery. what do i do??? thank you scott snider
