Bodywork & Connection for Humans and Horses. At Saskia Farms we offer private yoga instruction as well as group classes, Ayurvedic consultations and "farm fitness" workouts to unify the mind, body & spirit elements. Retreat to the farms to connect with nature and yourself. Retreats include mindful yoga, energizing foods, and mingling with horses and donkeys and walks through nature. We provide a variety of equine focused services, including horse boarding, and a variety of modalities to work with their energy and physical body to increase circulation, muscular relief and to aid with the healing of acute or chronic injuries.
