Paid to have complete zone replaced. Later found (after digging), they had tied into already existing zone portions, therefore, not replacing two large parts of the zone. Also left cut in PVC allowing large leak. Cut timer wires leaving just wire caps on twisted wires at ground surface. Broke sprinkler head to another zone. It took multiple times and hours waiting for them to return to make repairs. I ended repairing PVC leak myself and capping cut wires with proper caps. I replaced the other zone head. I was told they had done a lot of work and would not return any money for the portions of zone not replaced. They did finally return when I wasn't there and replaced the sprinkler head I had already fixed and kept my good one. They buried the timer wires deeper. I would never hire them again.
