I cancelled my service b-4 it was even installed and money was taken out of my acct.
I was assured that since I cancelled before that funds would not be removed, and 2 days
later they took out 221.60 I was then told it would be returned on the 3rd, came and went
no refund called today the 6th and was told it would 6-8 weeks and that they would send
a check instead of putting directly back where they stole it from, they can remove the $$$$ in a day why???? Does it take the thieves two months to return it. They have lied to me every step of the way that's why I cancelled because I caught them lieing to my face.
No wonder corp. america is failing LIARS AND THIEVES that's all they know how to do.
I called them back b-4 this letter and asked for a superviser and was put on hold another 10 min's and then hung up on. No justice from these people I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM DIRECTV if I was you cause you'll just be disappointed like me they are not
HONEST PEOPLE OR AN HONEST COMPANY...LIARS AND THIEVES. I can see all my info online on my acct. who do they think they are fooling.. only themselves.
