I bought this POS Satelite 18.4" thinking that I be getting quality product. Wroooooooong! Within a month of regular use almost at the same time both hinges cracked the plastic casing at the bottom of the screen. Called Toshiba and when I finally got hold of them the rep was in Philippines. I told her my problem and she said that the screen was nor warranted. Told her that the problem was not the screen but the plastic around the screen, still that's not warranted and there's nothing they can do. Now I'm forced to have my laptop open because I'm afraid that if I keep opening/closing it, I may do break the LCD screen. Not expected this low quality, this piss poor service
