I called Huges Net on August 22, 2008 to cancel services due to moving and would not need services. Instructed them to cancel services effected August 25, 2008. I have received a bill for 2 months of sevice I did not recevice. Called Huges Net and they informed me, that they had instructed me to call back on Monday August 25 to cancel service since they could not recognize a cancel date requested on August 22, 2008. They did not inform me of this. They do have in their computer system I did call to cancel services on August 25, 2008 but did not because I did not call back on August 25, 2008, informed services was cancelled due to non-payment. I informed them I would not pay for services I did not receive and they were notified of the cancellation of services.
