For anyone with hope to get a decent service and/or chanel to watch through the www.satellitedirect.tv:
PLEASE DONT EVEN BOTHER to waist $50. They do not guarantee the availability of listed chanels and anything listed is nothing you have ever seen.

1) no basic chanels (BBC, CNN, movie chanels, MTV)
2) none of the chanels listed in each country is what is regularly comes with basic package, major
chanels: news, music, movies are NOT there
3) any chanel listed will pop up in a tiny little screen, breaking every two seconds

They are asking you to cancel your cable right now, advertising their services and offering 3, 500 chanels
online, but little do their customers know that all the offered chanels are - garbage! no premium chanels, no basic chanels.

I have made a $50 mistake that cost more headache and frustration by trying to get in touch with
customer service and getting daily robot responses. nothing was resolved, no money back guarantee, no service, no nothing.
