To whom it may concern,
I Thelma Stevens am writting this complaint about an on going issue that was filed in January 2010, and has yet to be resolved in regards to my roof leakages in my home. On July 26, 2010 I spoke with Supervisor, Mr. Flowers. Although I was not home that particular day Mr. Flowers advised me that he had came out to take pictures of the roof, but I was advised today September 28, 2010 by an representitive of Direct TV named Eric, that this could not be possible because no one is entitled to be on any premises unless someone 18 years or older is at the resident for prior approval on any repairs, pictures or etc. My customer # is 0032116404.
