I bought 3 pounds of ground beef from the store at .99 cents and ended up with $4500. worth of dental work. There was a foreign object in the ground beef. The store demanded the two pounds be returned and didn't even refund my money. I filed a claim with their insurance company and after claiming that my husband had contaminated the meat they denied my claim.

They were rude and demanding at the insurance company, filed a threatening letter when I asked for help. I sent a demand letter back and they denied the claim.

Beware of the new Lucky's. Its a crappy Save Mart from Modesto who supports WWF and NASCAR, not safe food prep procedures.
