Do not use Save my home usa or LM processing to help in a loan modification. We paid up front for their services in March. Six months have gone by and we did not get a modification and they have not given us our refund per the terms of our contract and will not respond to our attempts to contact anyone. Do not use any company that does not have an actual address that they will provide you with.
