In one day of shopping at Save-on-foods I got home to find that there were a lot of mistakes on my bill. I usually shop the flyers as I am on a fixed income. I chose to buy 2 meat products for the price of 1 and got charged the 2 at the regular price, $16.52 and $16.58. the Mitchells Bacon was on special at $2.99 ea. I bought 2 and they charged me the regular price of 2 for $6.99. I bought 2 lb. of butter on sale for $2.99 each and they did take off $1.00 only and charged the second pound at the regular price of $3.99. I bought a case of Campbells Mushroom soup sale price $4.99. They charged me $6.99 for the second case of Campbells Mushroom soup. I couldn't believe how they could make so many mistakes on one bill. They overcharged me a total of $26.58 on this one bill. I usually don't buy items such as butter and overpriced roasts but when I can buy 2 at the price of 1 or get a sale price then I may stretch my budget. I feel that just going back to the store and getting the monies that they owe me and I should walk away as a satisfied customer is not enough. They should refund me a lot more for my time, transportation, and frustration.
