April of 2008 I called the customer service department to cancel my order. I talked to a Ms. Tina, she stated that she would do so, and would send me $100 dollars worth of gas vouchers. $19.95 was withdrawn from my account. Once again I called back to customer service of savemyidentity, once again after finding out they had debit my account for $19.95. The gentleman told me one have entered any transaction to stop my debit of the above amount. I told he the story. He told me It was nothing he could do about it but to stop the the account. My question was could he return, at least one payment of $19.95 he said no. (scam). America needs to crack down of these online scam artist and put their asses in jail.
