I too fell for the Comcast $200 in grocery scam. Not only that you have to purchase $100 in groceries per month prior to receiving your purchase and they now want $1.95 processing fee and a copy of your drivers license to register if you complete it on line and $10 if you use the mail in option. I signed up for Comcast in April2009 and sent in the rebate forms as requested. Then I called 5 weeks later to see if they had received it. I spoke with a rep who said it would take 6-8 weeks until I would receive the coupons. Then 10 weeks later I again called and they said oh, you did see the small print it will take 16-18 weeks to receive your voucher, but make sure you don't throw it away it looks like "JUNKMAIL". Complete the form and select other so you are not locked in to any one grocery store. We'll I thought that was so nice. Today when my college age daughter brought home the Coupons, I noticed it said " driver's license must match address where service is held". Well that's impossible because she is a student and the house she and 4 other girls rent is for college and secondly if you select "other" it voids the program.
