Fraudulant Charge to Credit Card
My credit card was charged $19.95. I have no idea why this charge appeared. I attempted to contact the company and no one answered after eighteen minutes. This charge needs to be removed from my credit card. Since this was obvious fraud (even though a small amount of money) I will continue to pursue this matter.
When I looked up SAVINGSACE, I saw nothing but complaints. These complaints are very similar to mine in that $19.95 was charged to other people's credit cards.

Unauthorized charges
This scam of a company has been charging my credit card for a year, 23.95 per year. I called the 800 number that I got from my credit card statement, talked to a supervisor, and they refused to refund my money, they credited me, supposedly, for only 2 of the 11 months they charged on my credit card. I never heard of this company, and have never dealt with them at all. They are a complete fraud, basically theives. Leason learned: Scutinize my credit card statements on a regular basis. SavingsAce needs to be shut down and prosecuted.

fraud charges
Since sep 2009 savingsace has been taking 34.95 from my account, i make a lot of debit card purchases daily and so it looked like a normal purchase until i noticed it was always at the first on the month. Turns out Savings Ace took 629.10 in 18 charges out of my account and claim i didn't uncheck a little box when i made an online Walmart card purchase. I called company and they offered to refund me one month.

To whom it may concern. you guys took 19.95 from my account from bank of america and i dont even know you .i never gave you any permission to take money from my account . I have contacted my lawyer & the police i advise you to put all my money back as soon as possible thank you alicia davis

unauthorised transaction
I discovered 7 months of transactions taken from my account for $US19.95 these were converted to $AUS. I have never heard of this company and had never authorised these payments. My bank is following up with a transaction dispute. Who knows if I get this money back but the inconvenience of closing that credit card and having to start again is frustrating as well.

refused to refund
I have never subscribed or asked for membership in this company. They have taken from my creditcard an amount of $149.70. The are willing to refund only one payment. This company is a fraud and should be reported to the authorities and prosecuted in court before it will do further damage to the pockets of other citizens.
Please follow up. I am in contact with my Attorney and we intend to make a case of this in court.

Fraudulent Charges
I received charges to my account, but didn't notice them for several months. I never authorized the charges to my account and will contact the Better Business Bureau about the apparent theft.

unauthorized credit card charges
I started getting billed on my credit card monthly for $24.95 in dec. of 2009 after signing up for a 24-hr pass on intelius services to find a couple old classmates. They sneek in under there web-site with out clear info. from either party about signing up for savingace monthly service. And until you start getting your monthly statements with this fee for their supposed service you don't even know your on the hook too them. And i am trying to get my credit card company to get this worked out with me so far looks like im out $125.00 bucks and if i can't get it resolved to my satisfaction before my next bill cycle comes up i will be cancelling that credit card. I also will be contacting the state attorney office in ct. where they are incorporated in. Good luck to anyone else out there that get's scammed by Savingsace due by no fault of yours.
