To whom it may concern:
I have been charged one dollar a month since August of 2008. I had no idea why I have been charged for something that I had never applied or purchased online or in person. I actually, left the States in june, therefore, no one in my family had ever applied for anything to be charged.
I am requesting to reimburse me the amount that I had been charged without authorization.
