Same has just recently happened to me with my credit card. First they charged me a dollar every month, then charged me $11.99 for something else. You tell your credit card company that they have been featured on the internet on the "Rip Off Report" and that they have helped themselves in charging you your credit account with unidentified charges without your explicit knowledge or approval. They will close your account for you and forward your balance to a completely different account in order to keep your account open without them finding you. Then you can dispute the charges without any retaliation on your account.
