I had to purposefully miss 2 payments to get their attention and FINALLY was approved for a loan modification. I have been trying to contact them for days to get my CRAZY X husbands name off the mortgage and have them remove my bad credit marking. Suddenly, no ones answering, not even at JP MORGAN CHASE!
