I received a flyer from SBC regarding High Speed Internet. After holding 15 minutes for an SBC DSL rep. I was told its not available in my area. well, i asked when will it be. We don't know and I can't transfer you to engineering because we are not allowed to.
WTF is it with these people. Are they just there to annoy consumers?
