My firm engage Dave Thomas, the CEO of SBS Pronet, for some consulting / development work. We paid him some money upfront, and the rest was to be paid as delivered. Long story short, he didn't deliver and kept the money. Trying to resolve the issue amicably was a waste of time. BEWARE!!
