I ordered aftershave from scentmail and didn't receive it, they took my money. I emailed them several times and was ignored. Do not use this company.

I ordered 'sensi' perfume via scentmail. I thought the payment hadn't gone through as the order hasn't arrived since the 30th November and I had no confirmation email. I've just got my credit card bill and sure enough a company called 'perfumes.bg' has taken £34.78 from my account on the day of ordering. I would attempt to track and trace my order, however, without an order number I can't (their site doesn't allow me). Not sure what I can do now???
