	adaldry July 1, 2011 did not receive aftershave I ordered aftershave from scentmail and didn't receive it, they took my money. I emailed them several times and was ignored. Do not use this company.
	Ann Parnell May 25, 2011 PERFUME I was sent 2 bottles of Coco Chanel instead of the requested 2 bottles of Castelbajac perfume. I returned one bottle in Jamuary 2011, todate I have not received the refund or the p&p refund as promised to me by Hayley Johnson, despite me sending lots of e-mails and making several phone calls to a phone number that were never answered. I am about £77.00 out of pocket and have one fake bottle of perfume
	eleanor Hazeldene January 6, 2011 never received order I ordered 'sensi' perfume via scentmail. I thought the payment hadn't gone through as the order hasn't arrived since the 30th November and I had no confirmation email. I've just got my credit card bill and sure enough a company called 'perfumes.bg' has taken £34.78 from my account on the day of ordering. I would attempt to track and trace my order, however, without an order number I can't (their site doesn't allow me). Not sure what I can do now???
