Its an absolute wonder who is running the business, Scott or JJ. Heaven forbid should you speak with the owner JJ who does not tell Scott (the gatekeeper) that a discussion took place let alone an appointment was set and you show up on that particular day. Where a helmet, because Scott goes into a tail spin! Never go around Scott, it messes up his daily routine let alone his neat piles of paper. To make matters worse, the reason you had an appointment was to get the car fixed, and geez Scott can't even get that right. Its because Scott rules the roost; JJ over promises and Scott doesn't deliver .. sound familiar? You would think any business, regardless of owner or gatekeeper, you want the business. My best observation, this business just doesn't care about their customers let alone service. Continue to walk the yellow pages or google for better expectations.
