On 5/22/10 I realized that my cabinets did not come with full extension/soft close features that I had ordered. I have had several conversations over past (4) weeks with the rep at Menards. Menards has not been able to get Schrock's sales rep to contact me and is stuck the middle! It seems everyone has gotten paid so any inconvenience that this has caused me is no big deal!
