This is a food stall selling rice with vegetable/meat servings in the Food Court at Somerset 313 at Singapore's orchard road.

Although the price tag on the wall displayed S$3.20 for a set of 'Rice + 1 vegetable +1 meat item', i was charged S$5.80 because the vegetable dish that I chose contains prawns..so it is considered a sea food dish and I was charged more. The patrons before me and after me also complain to the stall keeper but he simply ignore us.

Do not buy anything from this stall.
