These crooks sent me a generic engineering sample with the wrong surface finish as a Dell exact replacement. They sent me an RMA and gave me an address that UPS cannot find. They are making no effort to recieve the screen and are refusing to pay for all shipping costs due to their making an unapproved substitution.
