I bought Seagate Freeagent 750GB last February and it just died last week. I tried to register to Seagate Customer Support website(https://partnerreg.seagate.com/pppm/CSORegistration) many times and kept getting:

I tried register with IE 7, Firefox 3, and Opera browser and got the same error message.

I tried to call Seagate Customer Support phone 1-800-seagate on Monday 12/29/2008 and today and was put on hold not less than one hour both days.

It seemed Seagate didn't want to stand behind their products and it reflected on multiple feedback I read from Internet about this particular hard drive(ST3750640AS)
