On Dec 14th I ordered on line a Sealy Crusade King size mattress to be delivered as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I placed the order on line and on the order page it state FREE DELIVERY. I entered all information thinking at the end it would take delivery charge off of $69.99. Checking my credit card I noticed it had not been credited back to me as stated by Customer Service. I also had two REPS put me on hold and intentionally hang up on me. It is now Jan7, 2011 I still have not received credit which has been promised to me by 5 people that I have spoken with over a period of time. Very Frustrated. Once again I will Call Sears for the email promised within 2 hours which I have not received.
