Purchase queen set mattress in May 2009, left side of mattress is already sinking. Mattress was supposed to be firm and it is not as firm as it should be for this type of mattress. Called Customer Service to setup a warranty tech to come out and check it out. Was asked how many slats on frame, I told them we had 4 slats and was told that they could not help me because our frame did not have (5) slats. Was told to go to home depot and purchase one and add it in order to have someone come out to inspect. We were never told at the store that those were the warranty requirements. That is ridiculous. I will never purchase anything from Sleepy's again.
