They state that with earn points one can use to earn a free cruise--Problem: I have 75, 000 pts. but only allowed to use 50, 000 points at one time. Called the 1-877-732-6453 # to get specific information regarding cruise that could not be seen on-line they directed me rudely to on-line sight even though there is no information. My complaint----False advertising-they have many many restrictions that do not allow you to use your earned points. When I finally located a cruise the priced was overpriced. They also advertise pts used for free air travel-----completely False.

Thanks for letting me vent!!! Of course I'm closing the account and will search for a new card with actual rewards. Too bad for Master Card, they are losing a great customer.
