On September 19, 2007, my company commissioned Ms. Ogle to perform some embroidery on a collector's jacket that I own. I delivered the jacket to her, but have never received it back, despite sending her a check for the agreed-upon balance. Ms. Ogle has made several promises, both verbally and in writing, to return the jacket, but now refuses to return our calls and e-mails. I have tried repeatedly to get my property back in a friendly and civil manner to no avail. The jacket has great sentimental value, as it has been in our family for 35 years. I would simply like our property returned.
