This company claims you can cancel membership anytime by going online. As I soon found out this was not the truth and they began charging my credit card monthly fees. After seeing the charges on my statement I called to confirm the cancelation of my membership and was told to send a letter to a PO Box to get a refund. They never responded to my request and when I made repeted calls they keep telling me all I can do is to sent another letter to the PO Box. I believe it is time for the BBB to become involved. Jill
