I purchased a Kenmore washing machine from Sears 7 months ago and my 1st call the their service department was the same day it was delivered. It seems the installer reversed the hot and cold water lines and I did not notice until I put in some dark clothes and they were washed in hot water. I was then told to change the lines myself-something I had already paid Sears to do. Now 7 months later the machine is not always spinning. The 1st technician that came out pushed the power button on and off a few times and opened and closed the lid a few times and then told me I used too much detergent. The 2nd technician ordered a part. The 3rd technician put the part in but forgot to connect it. The 4th technician came out and plugged in the part the 3rd technician forgot about. It worked for about 1 week and is now doing the same thing. Of course they want to come out again in some 4 hour time period. This is definitely the last Sears product I will ever buy.
