I purchased a 42 inch plasma philips, that broke a short time later, upon taking it to a philips repair center. i was shown that it had about 600 more hours on it then i could have used it. called sears and in short, they just as well said get lost, when i requested they check history of set, working with bbb did no good. my next stop the legal system, that the only thing that will get the attention of company like sears.
