Bought a Carpet Cleaner and extended warranty... Cleaner broke... Took it to get it repaired, its been over a month now... still without the Carpet Cleaner... Sears blames repair shop for the delay... My agreement is with Sears not the Repair department... Sears will not replace it with a new one... and can't seem to get this one fixed in a timely manner... Sears is not returning phone calls as promised... I will no longer purchase items from Sears.... Pathetic Customer Service...
