Technician came to my house on 6-19-07, ordered the part. I was told it would be a couple of days. To make a long story short. Between the rude customer service people and the one's that simply just told me anything, it is now 7-2-07. I still have a receipt for a tv that cost $1200 plus a two year warranty that cost $300, but a tv w/o audio.
