Unsatisfactory warranty service!
The freezer door on our Trio Kenmore refrigerator fell off and the earliest appointment we could schedule either online or on the phone was not until 15 October (almost two weeks from now). What are we supposed to do until? What about our food? What about all the electricity we will be wasting (we still need to maintain the refrigerator portion of the unit active)? To add insult to injury, the agent I spoke with was borderline rude and disinterested; moreover he refused to let me speak to his supervisor. He said he was the manager and "did not know who his manager was." I was not expecting this from Sears.
