I purchased a very expensive washer and dryer a few years ago that was h an energy star. After I bout it they pulled it form the market and I found out they had been receiving many complaints about the product prior to the model I purchased. I bought a multi year service agreement and within the first 2 years Sears came to my apt. 5/6 times to clean out my washer/ dryer or fiddle around with it to make it work. (Note each time I called I had to wait 1-2 weeks to receive service and had to use a laundrymat to clean my clothes). Since Sears did not "replace parts" they my washer did not fall under their lemon policy 4 visits in 1 calendar year. I have called numerous times. No one helps. It seems, I am stuck with a very expensive washer and dryer that I cannot wash towels or small area carpets in fear it will need to be serviced.

Overall, I am disappointed with the product (it did not live up to its name brand-Wirlpool) my service agreement or the manner in which Sears has not helped me. Every time I call the operator says something along the line of “oh, a calypso again, I am sorry”.
