I took my 1995 Chevy conversion Van in this Am 07-31-10 for four new tiers, I had called in the day before and reserved the tires as they were in stock very nice as there an odd size, all work was performed as agreed, as I was getting into my Van I saw that there was grease on my carpet, I was able to catch the person that help me and he was very concerned and had the Mechanic clean the carpet, he also told me if I was not satisfied they would see that they were cleaned to meet my expectations again was satisfied with the customer care. Question what happen to pride of workmanship tires were a mess no one could take a min and clean and protect the tires I just paid over $600.00? I had to come home and clean tires off. In today economy I have to work extra hard to please my customer or they will go somewhere else for service, I have traded with Sears many time on big $ items and guess what you are not the only game in town.
