I purchased a pressure washer 6/20/2009 used twice third time low pressure. brought the product in for service, was told it is under manufacturers 2 year warranty. then was told it would cost 241.91 to fix, called the sears 1-800# was on hold talk to someone then on hold again talked to another person on hold again then another person who talked to a supervisor who told him it is covered then was put on hold again then disconnected, called back the next day to be told its not covered it was not a defect that i need autorize payment inorder for them to fix it @ 241.91 I PAID 239.99 brand new. ive benn a sears customer for 30 years. THAT JUST ENDED AS OF TODAY
