my dads furnace has a master protection agreement which cost him almost 800.00 .my dad is 84 years old, his furnance stopped working in october of 2010, i called sears they came out oct 28 ordered the part.it finally came in and sears came out nov 22 to install.the furnance quit working again, they came back out dec 2, it quit working again, i called them back they came back out dec 4, it quit working again.it is very cold here and it snowed last nite i called sears again and was told to call back on monday, that they have no one that can come out on a sunday.this is terrible service.its supposed to get down into the 20"s all week.im calling a lawyer if it is not fixed by monday
