Purchased new 18 ft ref/with ice maker. Picked it up as we have always done and got it home ti find it was damaged beyond use on the top. They were supposed to check it out before we got there and were too busy to strip it down and check This store will not do anything about it. We have a house full of sears products and have found them real good, but not anymore if they do not work with us on this
