	ROADGRADER1 February 12, 2011 poor service ORDERED PARTS, PAID FOR OVERNIGHT SERVICE $ 29.50.RECIEVED PARTS 3 DAYS LATER (BROKEN) UNUSABLE.CALLED SEARS PARTS, SAYS NEW PART WILL BE SHIPPED WITH EXTRA PACKING, HAS BEEN 4 FULL BUSINESS DAYS AND CALLED TO CHECK STATUS OF ORDER(STILL OVERNIGHT SERVICE) PART HAS NOT EVEN LEFT THE MANUFACTURE YET.COMPLETE JOKE, NO WASHER FOR A WEEK, NO RESPONSE TIME AS IF I ORDERED FOR THE FIRST TIME. WILL NEVER VISIT OR ORDER AND SEARS SPONSERED PART OR STORE EVER AGAIN, WHAT A BUNCH OF ASS-WIPES, SHOULD ALL LOSE THEIR JOBS OVER THIS
	November 6, 2008 Sent the wrong parts Ordered a mulcher kit for my garden tractor and the kit that arrived was for a different tractor. Now I have to send it back. I have already paid shipping to get the part and now I have to pay for shipping to send it back. I don't think this is fair since it was their mistake to start.
	May 8, 2008 Can't Cancel an Order I ordered a part from Sears and the next day called to cancel the order. They said that it is not possible because its electronic! Hello, if its electronic they should be able to cancel the order. I selected Sears because its a trusted brand name - not anymore. This lack of customer service is damaging to their reputation. I am no longer a loyal customer. Bye Bye Sears.
